Initializes a sec_cred_cursor_t

Parameters 
Input/Output 
cursor As input, a sec_cred_cursor_t to be initialized.  As output, an initialized sec_cred_cursor_t.
 
Output 
status A pointer to the completion status.  On successful completion, the routine returns error_status_ok.  Otherwise, it returns an error.
 
Description The sec_cred_initialize_cursor( ) routine initializes a cursor of type sec_cursor_t for use with the sec_cred_get_delegate( ) call.  Use 
the sec_cred_free_cursor( ) call to free the resources allocated to cursor.
