Mail Monitor reports event log records for new events (since last the scan), and monitor records for events you specify in the initialization file.
In the initialization file, find the entry that you want to change and edit its value.
Note that by default Mail Monitor monitors the process DXA (Directory Synchronization). If this is not running on your system, you can remove this process from Mail Monitor's checks by deleting these two entries from the initialization file:
