MAILbus Monitor for OpenVMS Client Installation Guide does not refer explicitly to a client license, but refers on page 2-2 to the License Management Facility (LMF) and the need for a Product Authorization Key (PAK). These references no longer apply, since for Version 3.0 there is no client license.
