Monitor server on a system that does not use DECnet-
Plus (formerly known as DECnet/OSI), you must modify
SYS$STARTUP:NAMON$START.COM to define the following
environment variables:
$ DEFINE NAMON$TRANSPORT TCPIP $ DEFINE NAMON$SERVICE nam$server $ DEFINE NAMON$NODE node_name
