13.6.28 TITLE Specifier (WNT, W95)

The TITLE specifier indicates the name of a child window in a QuickWin application. It takes the following form:

 TITLE=name
name
Is a character expression.

If TITLE is specified in a non-Quickwin application, a run-time error occurs.
