In addition, the scanning module checks whether /var/dxd/dsa- information-tree.snapid exists. This file contains the id of a specific snapshot. The scanning module uses the string id to form the names of two further files that it checks:
dsa-information-tree.snapshotid  dsa-information-tree.updateid 

If the search fails, the scanning module produces a Monitor record.
