Prerequisites
Before you can configure DCE software, you must have installed it on each machine that you are configuring. See Installing DCE for instructions on installing the DCE software.
You must run dce_config on the machine you are configuring. You cannot configure a machine remotely. Additionally you must be logged into the local machine as root.
