POLYCENTERソフトウェア・インストレーション(PCSI) ユーティリティを使用して Compaq DECwindows Motif for OpenVMS V1.2--6 ソフトウェアをインストールする方法と手順についての詳細は， 付録 A.2 節 を参照してください。

ここに示すインストレーション実行例では，省略時のディレクトリを， PCSI ECO および DECwindows Motif セーブセットの入っているデバイス名およびディレクトリに設定していることを想定しています。 PCSI ECO は V7.2よりも前の OpenVMSのサポート・バージョンでのみ必要です。この ECO についての詳細は，『Guide to the Compaq DECwindows Motif for OpenVMS CD-ROM』を参照してください。
