The /include qualifier allows you to specify an
alternate directory for locating the files specified in INCLUDE
statements. An INCLUDE file whose name does not begin with a hyphen
(-) is sought first in the directory containing the file that
contains the INCLUDE statement or directive, then in the directory
named in the /include qualifier.
