Installation of KAP and execution of SYS$STARTUP:KCC$STARTUP will create two foreign commands: KCC and KAPC.
KAPC is the command for standalone KAP. KCC is the "envelope command" that invokes the C Preprocessor, KAPC, and the C compiler. To use these commands, please see the KAP C for OpenVMS User Guide.
